Renting payment options

1. Over the phone with Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, etc).
2. By Bank Transfer (make sure it will arrive at our bank before the date of pick-up).
3. Cash payment when you pick-up the car, including a deposit that depends on the type of car. You will get the deposit back when you return the car.

The Leasee undertakes to pay the Leasor the following:

a) A sum for the number of kilometres the vehicle has been driven during the period of rental, calculated according to the current rates.

b) An additional sum for service between different cities, if such is the case, or if the vehicle is left in a place that is different from the one stipulated without the written consent of the Leasor, amounting to a compensation for the distance between the place where the vehicle is left to the place where the rental was initiated.

c) The sums for the duration of the rental, the insurance premiums for accidents and miscellanous expenses specified in the contract.

d) Any taxes or charges on the rental, expenses and compensation appearing in the foregoing paragraphs a), b) and c).

e) Any expenses or taxes for infringements of the legislation during the time the present contract is valid, with the exception of infringements that may be imputed to the Leasor.

f) Any expenses the Leasor may incur in order to obtain payment from the Leasee of a judicial or extrajudicial matter arising from the present contact. When the Leasee is in fault, payment must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the sum will be incressed by 20% in acordance with the penalty clause.

g) The expenses the Leasor has to pay for repairs to damage caused by collision of the vehicle or other reasons, it is understood that are the Lessee´s responsability, as long as he has dutifuly observed the clauses and conditions in the present contract

• Will be limited to the sum stated on the tariff in force.
• Will be canceled if he priviously accepts payment of the sum stipulated in the event of Servi-Car renunciation of the payment of these expenses, acceptance of wich will be established by writing the Leasee´s initials in the space reserved for this purpose in the Leasing contract.
